Rebekah Russell
Co-owner and an almost native Southsider, Rebekah returned to her creative roots later in life, discovering a passion for framing. Rebekah is dedicated to providing a personalised, hands-on service, ensuring every project reflects her clients’ unique style. Her expertise spans curation and custom framing, delivering solutions that combine aesthetic impact with practical function.
Paul Evans
Introducing Paul Evans, co-owner of Canvas Southside and owner of Canvas Galleries, a contemporary art gallery and bespoke framers since 2008. A graduate of the Belfast School of Art, Paul brings 25 years of industry expertise, contributing significantly to the British and Irish contemporary art scene. Canvas Southside reflects Paul's passion and commitment to creativity and his progressive thinking for the Gallery.

Founded in 2025, Rebekah partnered with Paul of Canvas Galleries in Belfast to create Canvas Southside - bringing contemporary, thoughtfully curated art and design-led framing to Glasgow. We offer a welcoming space where discovering, framing and sourcing art is a personalised, enjoyable experience - whether for home or business.
